You can tell how much I enjoyed doing this particular photo shoot — can’t help but show you more. Since I’m showing another of these photos of the music students, I thought it was an ideal time to remind everyone about unique photos of the [high school] senior in your life.

You know those graduation gown photos you find in your yearbook? The ones that moms and dads love to hang on the wall. I’m looking to take that to a cooler level. No cap and gown. We’re headed outside or a meaningful indoor location. You wear what you want and what reveals you as you really are, and you do what you want, or what demonstrates who the real you is – they’re your photos. Let’s reveal your style.

You can include props too if there is something who says who you are at this time in your life. It could be a musical instrument, sports equipment, your hobby, even a stack of your school books, a pet, or anything that has meaning to you right now.

I recently had an excellent opportunity to take some photos of a class of senior high school students during their music class. I love taking photos of teens and sure would LOVE to do some individual senior photos of these (and other) teens. I posted a few at Facebook in the “photos” tab but wanted to share those plus a few more here. I really should do a promotion to obtain more photo shoots with teens, especially some individual senior photo shoots. As you can see, since we were in the classroom, the background is not ideal but I’m still pleased with the results. I hope you enjoy this small sampling from last week.
