Awesome farm shots, those animals are all beautiful and I am glad they are living in humane conditions rather than factory farming, ugh!

It sure must be a joy to get that up-close and personal with the farm animals, Diane. How many of us ever get to do that anymore?! The pig is priceless and worth the whole show!

Someday, children may only see pictures like this in books if we aren't careful. Sustainable farming used to be the only way farmers cared for their land...now it's considered old-fashioned. When I pass a beautiful, masssive cornfield, growing from altered seed and drenched with chemicals, I sometimes feel sorry for my struggling corn patch back home, fighting the bugs and weather. But when I smear the ears with butter, I know where it came from and what's in it. Farmergal

Lovely farm pictures! Love the pig in all its glory. I wish more people would have roosters (and chickens) for I too miss their crowing. My friend always had a rooster for her small flock ... some good ones and most rascals. I loved to stay these friends on my summer holidays (as a single gal) and wake up to that comforting sound. We loved watching the antics of these birds as well! So sad when they moved to the city.
